Is listing my business really free?
Yes. You can list one business on the Free plan with no card required, and buyers can find it, save it, and message you. Paid plans add workflow tools on top; you never need one to be listed.
What do buyers pay?
Nothing. Browsing, searching, saving listings, and contacting sellers are free for buyers.
How does billing work?
Pro and Max are subscriptions. Pay month to month, or choose a 6 month or annual term at a lower monthly rate (Pro drops to $45 per month on the 6 month term or $35 per month on the annual term; Max to $140 or $99); the price you see is always per month, and checkout shows the exact charge before you pay. You can cancel or switch plans anytime from your account.
Do you charge a commission when my business sells?
No. There is no commission or success fee on buytoprofit. Sellers pay only for an optional plan, and buyers pay nothing. If you also work with an independent broker, their fee is a separate agreement between you and them.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Most sellers list free first and upgrade when buyer conversations get serious. You can buy Pro or Max at any time and it applies to your account immediately.
Do you accept discount codes?
Yes. If you have a code, enter it in the promotion code field inside the checkout page.
What happens to my listing if I cancel a plan?
Your listing stays live. The Free plan includes one active business listing, so you stay on the market; ending a paid plan only turns off the extra workflow tools.
